Chocolate-Marshmallow Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of mini marshmallows
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or half and half

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Stir frequently until the marshmallows melt and the sauce is smooth.
2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to one week. Reheat gently before serving.
